We believe this model to be from 1999 based on the preamp which sounds superb; exactly as you'd expect from a Takamine. The neck profile is a slimmer C shape that will feel comfortable to most players, especially beginners and players with smaller hands, while the auditorium body offers superb projection in a more manageable form-factor.
