1960s Egmond 12 String Guitar
For your consideration, Garrett Park Music presents this 1960s Egmond 12 String Guitar.
The 1960s Egmond 12-String Guitar is a budget-friendly, Dutch-made vintage instrument known for its solid engineering, rugged "tank-like" build, and unique place in rock history. Manufactured in Valkenswaard, Netherlands, these guitars served as Europe’s answer to mass-market American brands like Harmony and Kay, offering budget musicians entry into the 1960s folk-rock boom.
This Egmond 12-string is is great shape with some minor play wear, slight signs of finish separation on the sides, and a slight slope to the fingerboard as it meets the body which gives the guitar a bit higher action, but this guitar is still playing nicely with superb resonance and tone. The bolt-on neck shows a slight gap in its pocket but is sturdy and plays nicely with its chunky C-shaped neck profile. The tone and resonance of this guitar are the real stars of the show here; boasting excellent bass and treble definition with a ringing sustain, this guitar has a tone that's sure to surprise and delight.
