Coming to us from the mid 1980s with that hot-rodded Cali sound, this Mesa Boogie 50 Cal head provides all the raw tone and power you could need for almost any gigging situation. In very good shape, the amp is missing a few of the original EQ slider caps and the original footswitch is missing its rear plate screws (hence the painter's tape), but is otherwise in excellent working order with that classic Boogie tone. The amp features controls for volume, master volume, 3-band EQ, reverb, & presence, making this amp a fully-featured yet easy to dial platform that sounds superb throughout its full range while the footswitch allows you to select between clean and overdriven channel tones. The rear panel features the speaker outputs, a send/return loop, and a direct output with level control for easy integration in studios or for running direct at larger venues. This all-tube head provides a massive amount of power for its size and is perfect for those looking for a workhorse playing amp.
