A great beginner or intermediate multi-scale bass, this MSB-5 is an incredibly easy player with killer tone. Despite being a 5-string, the neck is comfortable and relatively compact, with even string tension across the multiscale design (33.3" to 35"), allowing for killer low-end tone without the struggle. This bass can produce a wide range of tones, from an elegant growl to full metal tones. The bass features a 5-piece roasted Canadian maple and okoume neck, a bone nut, and Luminlay side dots for low-light visibility. It has two HBZ custom humbuckers and an active 3-band EQ with a push/pull volume knob for switching between active and passive modes. Highly versatile and quite striking with its blue/green metallic finish, this bass is sure to please.
