The ThroBak Strange Master is an analog treble booster effects pedal for electric guitars, designed as a versatile recreation of the vintage Germanium Dallas Rangemaster. It is known for its responsiveness and ability to push tube amps into a classic, gritty overdrive, a tone associated with artists like Eric Clapton, Brian May, and Tony Iommi. This pedal is in excellent condition with sparse, minor wear around the enclosure.

Featuring selectable germanium and silicon transistors, this pedal is able to hit either side of the classic 60s drive tones. It also features a bias knob that tightens or loosens up the boost character for more modern or vintage tone characteristics. Finally, there is a range switch which toggles between classic treble-boost tones in the Lo position or full-range boost tones in the Hi position. One of the most versatile and usable boost/drives on the market, this Strange Master also includes its original box.
