Part of a limited run of the Les Paul Studio Plus, this 2017 Trans Amber model is in great shape with some minor wear on the back of the guitar and a replaced truss rod cover; it is otherwise free of breaks, modifications, or major repairs and plays great! Featuring a figured maple top, 57/57+ PAF humbuckers, rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays, and push/pull volume knobs to coil split each pickup, this Les Paul delivers the classic tone that's made these guitars so sought after while adding modern tone shaping options. The neck profile is a nicely carved, slimmer C-shape that's akin to a '59 LP profile, providing excellent comfort and playability for most players. Weighing in at 7lb 10oz, this Les Paul Studio is as svelte as they come and doesn't sacrifice tone for its light weight. A superb player, this 2017 Les Paul Studio+ comes with its original hardshell case and pictured case candy (Whoever wrote the warranty card had terrible handwriting, we confirmed with Gibson that this is an early 2017 model that left the factory in late 2016).
