1986 Squier Bullet 1 Sunburst
For your consideration, Garrett Park Music presents this 1980s Squier Bullet 1 Sunburst Electric Guitar.
These vintage Japanese made Squiers are highly regarded for their build quality, which some players feel rivals that of Fender's domestic counterparts from the same era. The Bullet series was first introduced by Fender in the United States in the early 1980s as a budget-friendly alternative to models like the Mustang and Music Master. Fender began production of the Bullet line in Japan under the Squier name in late 1983.
This Strat-style model is in excellent condition with only a few nicks and dings (two on the side of the guitar and one on the fretboard at the 6th fret) that one would expect from a player of over 40 years. The solid basswood body (8 lbs, 5 oz) is noticeably resonant and the all-maple C-shaped neck is very comfortable, making this Bullet a solid player. Despite its unique control scheme of two tone knobs with volume rolloff, its easy to pull off classic Stratocaster tone from Stevie Ray to Stephen Stills. Immensely fun and equally unique, this is a great vintage piece at an affordable price. Period-correct Fender gigbag & original tremolo arm included.
