2006 Gibson '67 Flying V Alpine White
For your consideration, Garrett Park Music presents this 2006 Gibson '67 Flying V Reissue in Alpine White.
Built to capture the authenticity of Gibson's second run of Flying V's that hit the market in late 1966, this '67 Flying V reissue checks all the period correct boxes from the large truss cover and triangular knob configuration, to the unbound ebony fingerboard with dot inlays. The body shows some play wear with some worming on the back, and there is some wear by the headstock from the hanger this guitar sat on, but this V is free of breaks or repairs and plays wonderfully! The slim C shaped neck is highly comfortable and the ebony fingerboard offers 22 frets to the body. The dual humbucking pickups offer excellent articulation and a wide variety of tones as you balance the volume of both pickups. Of course, this being a Gibson, we would be remiss not to mention the absolutely killer tone this V offers when distorted. A very nimble flyer, this V weighs in at 6lb 10oz with excellent weight distribution that feels solid when strapped. Includes the original Gibson hardshell case.
